• We will advice our customers about the correct use and limitations of our products. Products must under no circumstances be able to harm or endanger the user during intended use.
   
• Any defects or faults on our products shall be remedied as quickly as possible in order to minimise costumer inconvenience.
   
• New products shall not be shipped before release for sale has been made. Release for sale includes verification of product performance against specified requirements.
   
• New product introductions shall be based on needs and expectations from market and customers as well as pertinent legal requirements including directives for food contact and packaging waste.
   
• We will cooperate with suppliers to ensure consistent deliveries and continuous improvement in quality levels.
   
• The foundation for production shall be based on methods and processes which aim for zero-defect deliveries to customers.
   
• All processes, from order entry towards shipping goods and receiving payment from the customer, are well defined to make quality products for the costumer – this includes secondary processes as administration, planning shipment ect.
   
• Our quality management system shall comply with the requirements in the standards ISO 9001 and BRC/IoP Packaging.
