"Safety first” is a key focus area
at Plus Pack
At Plus Pack, we recognize that our employees are the key to our success. That’s why we take collective responsibility for looking out for one another. Safety is a core value for us, and we rely on every team member to approach it with the seriousness it deserves.
To foster a culture of safety, we have a dedicated Safety Committee, we provide CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training for all, and we have a system for reporting all incidents—big or small. These efforts are designed to help us learn from experience and to help us prevent future accidents.

green outdoor locations
Our focus on local biodiversity started in 2021 with the decision to pursue a DGNB (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen) certification for our new warehouse in Odense. It was completed in 2022 and awarded DGNB silver in 2023. Inspired by this, we invested in creating even more local biodiversity into our atriums and outdoor social areas as well as our large grass area in front of the main building, combining employee well-being with planting of trees and shrubs increasing local plant richness to support biodiversity and inviting onto new circular walking paths.

At Plus Pack, we are committed not only to creating a positive and continuously evolving work environment for our employees but also to supporting organizations that make a meaningful difference. Since 2019, we have proudly partnered with Det Kærlige Måltid (The Loving Meal), providing packaging solutions that help deliver nutritious meals to families battling life-threatening illnesses.
As part of our circular vision, we also contribute by recycling our paper through a local startup in Odense, Papirværk (Paperworks).
Additionally, we are honored to be sponsors of the HC Andersen Festival in Odense, celebrating the rich history of our headquarters and the legacy of Hans Christian Andersen.
