Focus on employee health
is important to us
As a Plus Pack employee you have access to attractive health benefits, which include fast tracked treatments for chiropractor, physiotherapy, and more. Our dedicated Working Environment Organization is active in both our locations to promote health and prevent workplace injuries.
Throughout the year, we run targeted campaigns to prioritize workplace safety and well-being, focusing on both physical and mental health. Also, we provide short bi-weekly training for administration employees as well as production employees, to ensure everyone stays healthy and fit.
Social arrangements
are a priority for us
At Plus Pack, we make sure to engage employees in social events. From our New Year's Reception and Christmas party to fun activities like 'kegletur,' bingo across the office, and the DHL run.
Each department hosts its own yearly social events, such as dinner outings, escape rooms, and more, ensuring everyone has plenty of opportunities to connect and have fun together.
In other words, there is always something to look forward to.
Engagement Surveys
the foundation of a healthy work environment
Well-being is about creating a workplace where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported. At Plus Pack, we understand that a healthy work environment requires addressing factors that contribute to satisfaction and productivity, such as good leadership, strong teamwork, employee input in decision-making, and opportunities for growth and development.
To meet these needs, we conduct regular engagement surveys to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and assess the impact of our initiatives. By listening to our employees and acting on their feedback, we aim to build a culture that supports mental well-being, strengthens engagement, and empowers everyone to thrive. For us, it’s about continuously improving the work environment together.
Our HR Director, Ann Jørgensen states:
“Twice a year, we check in on job satisfaction across the company, through engagement surveys and use the insights to take meaningful action toward making Plus Pack an even better workplace. This way, we are always working to create a supportive and enjoyable workplace for everyone.”
