When Mathilde isn’t immersed in her Cand.Merc. studies at Odense University, she plays an important role in both Marketing and HR at Plus Pack. Despite her title as Student Assistant, she is fully integrated into the teams and highly valued as a colleague.

From the start to now

Since joining Plus Pack 2.5 years ago, Mathilde’s growth has been remarkable. She started with basic Marketing tasks like preliminary copywriting and proofreading, but her role has expanded to include HR responsibilities.

“Despite being here for only 2.5 years, my role and responsibilities have grown significantly. Taking on more has taught me valuable skills I might not have gained elsewhere,” says Mathilde.

“Plus Pack has given me the freedom to take on projects independently. It’s been a steep but rewarding learning curve. Seeing the connection between my studies and my work here motivates me to grow my competencies even further.”

Starting a new job can be daunting, filled with uncertainty and self-doubt. Mathilde experienced this as well, but the support she received at Plus Pack helped her quickly gain confidence and find her place.

“Like many others new to the job market, I was both excited and uncertain about whether I was good enough. That uncertainty vanished quickly. From day one, I felt like a part of the team. I was thoroughly introduced to Plus Pack and its departments, just like any other new employee. The support from my manager and colleagues has been incredible.”
