SBTi has approved

Plus Pack’s CO2 reduction target

Plus Pack joined Science Based Targets initiative to focus on reducing CO2 emissions.

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a global initiative enabling businesses to set ambitious emissions reductions targets in line with the latest climate science. SBTi is an important step in our ”Circular 2024” strategy focusing on reducing emissions in Scope 1,2, and 3 by:

  • Investments in renewable energy
  • Reducing the carbon footprint of our raw materials
  • Introduction of new circular products

We have joined this initiative with many other leading businesses and financial institutions across the world to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions before 2050. We are proud that Science Based Targets initiative have approved our emission reduction target.

Plus Pack proud member of

Aluminium Stewardship Initiative

Plus Pack has been approved member of the @Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI), a global non-profit organisation that sets standards for responsible production, sourcing and stewardship of aluminium. By joining ASI we take yet another step in our dedication towards a circular economy.

With ASI we can ensure aluminium standards are met, to continue to transform the packaging industry for good.

At Plus Pack, we have ambitions to reduce CO2 emissions each year. We participated in this initiative to test and measure if we are focusing on the right initiatives.
